Skipper Brian takes 8pm to midnight watch, he needs to be available at any time with a moments notice.Crew Mark has the midnight to 4am slot known as the graveyard shift and I(Galley slave, crew etc.etc.)have developed an inner clock to wake me at 4am for the 3rd watch which includes an awesome sunrise every day, well worth the effort !
There is usually at least one child asleep in the cockpit, usually Annie snuggled up with harness and lifejacket on and wrist band which emits a signal and GPS(global position system) co-ordinate should wearer go overboard.

The mornings are busy with sail trimming ,weather forecast,SSB radio net, baking bread ,catching fish for breakfast, and of course school.
Then there are chores which are shared and boat maintenance. Afternoons, more of the same plus eating the yummy food prepared with Annie’s help, excercising, playing and relaxing.
